RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Your Right to Cancel:

Under UK consumer regulations, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for standard, non-customized items.

Hygiene & Quality Standards:

To maintain the highest standards for our clients, returned items must be in their original, pristine condition. We cannot accept returns if the garment shows any signs of use, including:

• Odors: Scents of perfume, body sprays, smoke, or laundry detergents.

• Marks: Any traces of makeup, deodorant, or tanning products.

• Tags: All "Do Not Remove" security ribbons and brand tags must remain attached.

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges for change of mind or color preference on standard items. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of arrival with photographic evidence so we can resolve it immediately. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (BESPOKE & CUSTOM)

Most of our garments, including pre-stitched saris and tailored-to-order pieces, are handcrafted specifically to your requirements in our UK studio.

• Tailored, pre-stitched, or customized items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Please ensure all measurements provided are accurate before finalizing your order.
